PRINCIPALS
SANTE ZAURRINI
Sante began working for Holaco in 1985. He started out as a laborer, then became a carpenter’s helper, before moving into project management. Eventually, he worked his way up to Superintendent and this path has given him a unique ability to troubleshoot on job sites. His first major project was the development of the three-story TD Bank building in Abbotsford. Sante now shares the management of Holaco Construction, with his brother-in-law Claudio, and oversees many of Holaco’s projects at SFU and Capilano University.
CLAUDIO SURACI
Claudio joined Holaco in 1990 having already established his career in the industry as a Superintendent for a large construction firm. Claudio’s first project for Holaco was the construction of the Klinck Building at UBC. He has continued to work on many projects at UBC over the years, including numerous projects for TRIUMF. Integrity and quality are Claudio’s top priorities. He loves consulting on challenging projects that require a unique solution.
